- Customized or special-order bike accessories are non-cancellable once the order has been confirmed.
Defective/Damaged Items
- If the product received does not match the description on the website or falls short of expectations, customers must notify the Customer Service Team within the same day of receipt.
- After investigating the complaint, we will decide whether to replace the item or issue a refund.
Manufacturer Warranty
- For bike accessories covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, customers should refer any complaints directly to the manufacturer for resolution.
